Deliveries via GLS in Romania - 25 Ron. The plants reach you in 2-7 working days. Delivery by standard courier service. Order preparation can take 1-6 days, depending on stock, period and internal factors. Delivery in 24-48 hours from dispatch (working days). Orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday. The plants are packed in a box, corresponding to the season.

Delivery with a dedicated driver in Bucharest - 35 Ron. The plants reach you in 1-3 working days. Delivery is made by our own staff, exclusively in Bucharest, between 10:00-16:00, from Monday to Friday, for orders over 100 Ron. Please inspect the products upon delivery. This service is not available in hard-to-reach or highly congested neighboring areas. The difference between delivery by driver and delivery by courier consists in the method of packaging and transport, respectively the safety of the plants. We offer a delivery service with a driver for orders over 100 Ron.

Pickup from the store (plants and accessories) - free of charge - the products arrive in the store in 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri, estimate). Attention - we will not be able to keep the products in the store for more than 3 working days. Please inspect the products when picking them up from the store - due to the specifics of the products we sell, we cannot accept subsequent complaints. General rules and recommendations:

- Transport costs are calculated for packages with a maximum weight of 5 kg. An additional fee may be charged for bulky packages or heavier than 5 kg.

- The delivery term associated with a service is an estimate and may vary depending on various factors that we cannot control.
- We recommend that you always choose the Delivery service with a dedicated driver when you are within the delivery range (Bucharest).
- The package cannot be opened upon delivery, when the delivery is made by courier services, because flowers are perishable products and the packaging procedure is not standardized.
- For deliveries by courier, a delivery interval cannot be established
- the courier must be able to deliver at any time between 8:00 - 20:00, depending on the route he has. Each courier covers a rather large delivery area, and for this reason it reaches certain addresses only in certain intervals.
- In the case of shipping flowering plants, the flower stalks/inflorescences are susceptible to damage during transport. Although such situations occur quite rarely, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the flower stems/inflorescences when the delivery is made by national or international courier services.
- Some plants are sensitive and present a high risk of damage, indicated on the product page - we ship these plants to any destination, at your request (online order), but you assume this risk.
- In the event - unlikely - that the package arrives visibly damaged (unsealed box, hit/crushed, etc.), you have the obligation to conclude a statement of findings with the agent of the courier company that brought the package. In the absence of this report, damage to the package cannot be proven, and we will not be able to accept subsequent complaints.
- If the recipient cannot be found at the address, a new delivery will be attempted within 1-3 working days. In this case, the damage to the products in the package cannot be blamed on the florist.
- Deliveries to isolated, inaccessible areas or affected by natural phenomena may be delayed until the courier can access the area. In this case, the damage to the products cannot be blamed on the florist.
