Monstera deliciosa, also known as the split-leaf philodendron or "swiss cheese plant", is a popular tropical plant valued for its impressive leaves. This plant belongs to the Araceae family and is native to Central and South America.
It is easy to care for and very hard to kill.

Here are some care tips for Monstera deliciosa:
Placement: Monstera deliciosa prefers medium or indirect light. Do not expose the plant to direct sunlight, as this can burn the leaves.

Humidity: Monstera deliciosa prefers high humidity, so it is important to mist it regularly with water.  Wipe the leaves with a damp cloth to remove dust, unclog the pores, and allow the plant to breathe and absorb moisture.

Soil: Monstera deliciosa prefers nutrient-rich, well-draining soil. The soil should always be moist, but not excessively wet. In general, it is recommended to water the plant once or twice a week, depending on environmental conditions and the season.

Fertilizer: Use a liquid fertilizer and apply it once a month during the growing season (spring–summer).

Temperature: Monstera deliciosa grows best at temperatures between 18 and 27 degrees Celsius.

Some leaves may have mechanical damage, but this does not affect the plant's viability. With optimal care, new leaves will develop normally.
