Philodendron ‘Summer Glory’ - frunzis tropical spectaculos

Philodendron ‘Summer Glory’ is a rare hybrid, resulting from the crossing of Philodendron gloriosum and Philodendron melanochrysum. It inherits from gloriosum the large shape and prominent leaf veins, and from melanochrysum the velvety texture and intense reflections. The result is a striking plant, with large heart-shaped leaves, deep green in color, which take on bronze-golden shades when young and then become deep green with contrasting veins.
