Microsorum musifolium Crocodyllus is a tropical, epiphytic fern, with leaves that resemble the skin of a crocodile, hence its name.
Names: Crocodile fern, Crocodylus fern, Microsorum musifolium "Crocodylus", alligator fern, Polypodium musifolium "Crocodylus".
The right soil: fertile, moist, well-drained soil.
Placement: partial shade. As with many fern species, it should not be exposed to direct sunlight to prevent leaf damage or dehydration.
