Tillandsia ‘Eric Knobloch’ is a natural hybrid between Tillandsia brachycaulos and Tillandsia streptophylla, appreciated for its ornamental shape and spectacular flowering. It is a decorative epiphytic plant, ideal for air plants collections or modern arrangements.

🌿 Botanical characteristics:

  • Origin: horticultural hybrid (Central America)

  • Foliage: green-silver, elongated and slightly twisted, acquiring reddish tones before flowering

  • Flowers: long, tubular, intense violet color, beautifully contrasting with the reddish rosettes

☀️ Growing conditions:

  • Light: strong natural indirect light; tolerates a few hours of gentle morning sun

  • Watering: mist 2–3 times per week; fully submerge the plant in water for 15–20 minutes once a week, then allow to dry completely
