Perreiraara (Rhynchorides) Bangkok Sunset - parfumata (Taiwan)

Perreiraara Bangkok Sunset is a fragrant hybrid resulting from the cross of Vandachostylis Thai Noi x Aerides houlletiana, registered by Chao Praya Orch. in 2008. It has compact monopodial growth with broad, thick, green leaves, and the flowers are small, about 3.5 cm, amber, yellow and peach in color with a pink-lavender labellum and waxy texture. It blooms once or twice a year with 12-30 flowers per stem, emanating a floral fragrance . It prefers filtered light, warm temperatures and high humidity with frequent watering. It is appreciated for its compact growth, abundant flowering and subtle fragrance.
