Hoya marketed as 'Incensis', more commonly found in horticultural sources under the names 'Icensis', 'Patcharawalai 023', or AH Seeds 023, is a cultivar of unknown parentage. It is distinguished by thick, succulent leaves with dark margins and silver splash markings. The flowers have a white, strongly reflexed corolla and a vivid pink corona, while the fragrance is described as mild and reminiscent of licorice. The foliage remains ornamental even outside the flowering period.

Foliage and growth. The leaves are broad, oval, thick, and glossy, with a dark border that may become more pronounced in good light. The silver markings are splash, not variegation, and their distribution naturally varies from one leaf to another.

Flowers and fragrance. The flowers are grouped in umbels and have a white, reflexed corolla with a vivid pink corona. Horticultural sources compare the subtle fragrance to licorice; its perception and intensity may vary depending on the time of day and the maturity of the flowers. Fully open flowers have a relatively short lifespan of approximately 3–4 days.

Horticultural identity. The plant initially circulated as AH Seeds 023, then as 'Patcharawalai 023' or 'Patcharwalai', and frequently appears as 'Icensis'. The number 023 identifies the horticultural batch or selection. Its parentage is not documented, so the plant's origin remains unconfirmed.
