Your plants will arrive within 2–4 business days

Delivery via standard courier service. Order preparation may take 1–3 days, depending on stock, the time of year, and internal factors. Delivery within 24–48 hours after dispatch (business days). Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday. Plants are packaged in a box appropriate for the season.

Dedicated-driver delivery RON 35

Dedicated-driver delivery (Bucharest and Ilfov)

Delivery within 1–3 business days

Delivery is carried out by our own staff, only in Bucharest and some areas of Ilfov County, Monday to Friday, between 11:00–16:00, for orders of at least RON 100.

The plants are transported without packaging, in a temperature-controlled vehicle.

The driver delivers to the front of the location and cannot leave the vehicle – please collect the plants directly from the vehicle. 

For cash-on-delivery payments, please have the exact amount ready – the driver does not carry change.

The service is not available in outlying or hard-to-reach areas.

General rules and recommendations

  • Shipping costs are calculated for packages weighing up to 5 kg. An additional fee may be charged for bulky packages or packages weighing more than 5 kg.
  • The delivery time associated with a service is an estimate and may vary depending on various factors beyond our control.
  • We recommend always choosing the Dedicated Driver Delivery service when you are within the delivery area (Bucharest and Ilfov).
  • The package cannot be opened upon delivery when delivery is made through courier services, because flowers are perishable products and the packaging procedure is not standardized.
  • A delivery time slot cannot be specified for courier deliveries.
  • The courier must be able to deliver at any time between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., depending on the route. Each courier covers a fairly large delivery area and therefore reaches certain addresses only during specific time slots.
  • When flowering plants are shipped, flower stems/inflorescences may be damaged during transport. Although such situations are quite rare, we cannot guarantee the integrity of flower stems/inflorescences when delivery is made through national or international courier services.
  • Some plants are sensitive and carry a high risk of damage, as indicated on the product page. We will ship these plants to any destination at your request (online order), but you assume this risk.
  • In the unlikely event that the package arrives visibly damaged (unsealed, dented/crushed box, etc.), you must prepare a damage report with the courier company’s agent who delivered the package. Without this report, the damage to the package cannot be proven, and we will be unable to accept any subsequent complaints.
  • If the recipient cannot be found at the address, another delivery attempt will be made within 1–3 business days. In this case, any damage to the products in the package cannot be attributed to the florist.
  • Deliveries to remote, inaccessible areas or areas affected by natural phenomena may be delayed until the courier can access the area. In this case, any damage to the products cannot be attributed to the florist.
