Hoya globulosa - planta de colectie cu inflorire spectaculoasa
Hoya globulosa is a rare and highly prized botanical species among hoya collectors, native to the mountainous regions of Nepal and Northern India. The plant is notable for its oval-elongated, velvety and thick, dark green leaves, covered with a slight pubescence (fine hairs), which gives it a matte and textured appearance.
The flowers are grouped in spherical umbels and have a specific shape for the genus, with a creamy-yellow corolla and a brownish central corona, often fragrant, especially at night. Hoya globulosa is an epiphytic plant, with slow growth but spectacular, ideal for collections and spaces with constant humidity.
