Three essential roles in our greenhouse. Choose the one that suits you—or write to us if your background is in another area.
Picker / Order Preparation
You select products from customer orders and check that they are correct and complete before packing.
- Selecting products according to orders
- Checking products, quantities, and plant quality
- Preparing and labeling orders
- Working closely with the packing team
Plant Packer
Prepare plants for shipping using suitable protective materials so they arrive in perfect condition for customers.
- Packing plants individually
- Using protective materials correctly
- Checking plants before packing
- Preparing and sealing parcels and keeping the workspace organized
Plant Caretaker / Horticultural Engineer
Make sure the plants look and feel good until they're sold and shipped.
- Watering, fertilizing, and cleaning according to instructions
- Regularly checking the condition of the plants
- Preparing plants for sale
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
