Rhipsalis Agudoensis
Rhipsalis Agudoensis is an epiphytic succulent plant that is part of the Cactaceae family. Like other Rhipsalis, this species is adapted to an epiphytic lifestyle (growing on other plants, but without being a parasite). It is native to tropical regions and is suitable for growing indoors due to its low care requirements.
Here are some tips to properly care for your plant:
Light : Although it is a plant that prefers indirect light, a moderate exposure to direct light (but not burning) can help maintain a beautiful color and shape. Avoid prolonged exposure to the strong sun, which can burn the plant.
Watering : Like any succulent plant, Rhipsalis Agudoensis does not need a lot of water. Wait for the soil to dry on the surface before watering again. Reduce the frequency of watering during the rest period (winter).
Humidity : This plant does well in moderate humidity conditions and does not require high humidity. However, a decent level of humidity can help maintain healthy leaves.
Soil : A well-drained soil mix is ideal. Cacti or succulent mixes are usually suitable. Make sure the pot has a drainage hole.
Temperature : Rhipsalis Agudoensis prefers moderate temperatures, between 18-24 degrees Celsius, but can tolerate moderate variations.
Fertilization : Use a diluted fertilizer for cacti or succulents during the growing season (spring and summer). Do not fertilize during the rest period.
Repotting : Repot the plant when it seems that it has exceeded the capacity of the pot.
