Epipremnum amplissimum is a species endemic to Australia and New Guinea. It is distinguished by its particularly long, narrow and pointed leaves, considered atypical for an epipremnum.
The leaves reach a length of up to 30 cm.
Epipremnum amplissimum is a climbing species - the use of a mosstok is recommended.
There are currently two known forms of Epipremnum amplissimum: Epipremnum amplissimum (green leaves) and Epipremnum amplissimum 'Silver Leaf' (silver variegated leaves). Some sources claim that they are the same plant, but the silver variegation only appears when the plant is grown in bright light.
