Dischidia is a less common, exotic plant, but easy to grow as a houseplant.
Most dischidia varieties have interesting leaves that can be fuzzy or fleshy and good for retaining water during dry periods. Smaller varieties are excellent houseplants for terrariums.
Dischidia produces flowers, usually during the warm months.
Placement: filtered light
Watering: water when the soil surface begins to dry. The plant is quite drought-tolerant.
