Anthurium Scherzerianum (or Pig-Tail Anthurium) is a special species of anthurium that produces flowers in red, orange, green, white, cream, or pink. What sets it apart from Andraeanum is its spadix. Caring for Anthurium Scherzerianum is not very different from caring for Andraeanum.
The main difference between the two species is that Scherzerianum is a bit better suited as a houseplant, so it is actually a little easier to care for.
