Anthurium andreanum Black Beauty is a houseplant with large waxy flowers that appear against a backdrop of glossy heart-shaped leaves. These flowers last for many weeks or even months.
The Arum plant family includes over 1000 species called anthuriums. They vary in size, shape, and color, but are similar in appearance and use. The anthurium flower produces heart-shaped flower spikes, which range in color from green or white to shades of pink and bright red.
This tropical plant adapts to almost any environment and produces new flowers throughout the year.
Pot diameter 17 cm
Plant height 55 cm
With their open, heart-shaped flowers and tropical mood, it is no wonder that the anthurium has come to symbolize hospitality. But it also has other meanings, such as happiness and abundance.
It is a perennial shrub-like plant native to the forests of Colombia (equatorial climate).
Care instructions for potted Anthurium:
Placement: bright but shaded spot

Characteristics: The bract-type flowers have a long life, especially in cool spaces. Plants with fewer offshoots bloom more abundantly. It blooms all year round, so it should be fertilized once a week from spring until late autumn.
