Kowhai (Sophora) Prostrate Little Leaf

Sophora prostrata, also known as "Dwarf Kowhai", is a small evergreen shrub native to New Zealand.
It is an attractive plant with small leaves and twisted stems. It blooms in spring, the flowers are yellow-orange.
In the warm season it can be placed outside, in full sun or partial shade. It prefers slightly moist, well-drained soil.
The leaves will fall if there is insufficient light or if exposed to low temperatures in autumn/winter.
