Spathiphyllum Sensation Variegata is the “statement” version of the peace lily: elegant, glossy leaves with variegation in shades of white/cream and green that instantly brighten any corner of a room. Even as a young plant, it has a premium look and fits perfectly on a desk, a dresser, or in an urban jungle arrangement where you want contrast and texture, not just plain green.

Growing conditions

  • Light: medium to good indirect light; avoid direct sunlight (especially on the lighter parts of the leaves)

  • Watering: keep the substrate slightly moist but not excessive; allow the top layer to dry slightly between waterings

  • Optimal temperature: 18–27°C

  • Humidity: prefers moderate humidity; very dry air can cause dry tips

🌱 Secret Garden recommendation:

👉 For healthy roots and steady growth, use Secret Garden professional substrate for Monstera & tropical plants — a balanced mix of peat, pine bark, perlite, and coconut fiber, specially designed for tropical plants sensitive to excess water.

Notes:

  • if the leaves “droop,” it often means it needs watering (but always check the substrate, don’t water automatically)

  • do not leave water standing in the saucer; water stagnation is the most common cause of root problems

  • occasionally wipe the leaves with a soft cloth to keep them shiny and allow them to breathe well

What makes it special

  • variegated foliage with a strong visual impact, very photogenic

  • elegant appearance, suitable for modern interiors

  • an indoor plant valued for its foliage, not just its flowers

  • great for customers who want a decorative plant that is easy to maintain with simple routines

Notes:

  • Variegation naturally varies from leaf to leaf and between specimens (percentage, shape, intensity). It is normal for some leaves to be whiter, others greener.

  • Young plants may have smaller and narrower leaves than mature specimens; as the plant stabilizes, the foliage becomes fuller.

  • Small aesthetic imperfections may appear after transport or adaptation (slightly dry edges, fine marks). These do not affect the plant’s viability.
