Calathea Warscewiczii

Calathea warscewiczii is a tropical plant appreciated for its spectacular foliage and velvety texture. 

Care conditions

• Light: Prefers indirect, filtered light, avoiding direct sunlight which can burn the leaves.

• Humidity: Requires high humidity (over 50-60%) to prevent leaf edge drying.

• Watering: The soil should be kept slightly moist, but without excess water to avoid root rot. It is recommended to use filtered or rainwater.

• Temperature: Ideal between 18-26°C, it does not tolerate cold below 15°C.

• Soil: Slightly acidic, well-drained, peat and perlite based.

 • Growth: A medium-sized plant, it can reach 60-100 cm in height.

It is a relatively demanding plant, but with proper care, it becomes a spectacular element in any indoor space.

Calathea is a plant sensitive to temperature differences. Therefore, you may receive these plants with some leaf defects, but these do not affect the plant's viability.
