Potted roses are smaller versions of common roses, and although they vary in many ways, they all have small flowers, sometimes fragrant. They originate from China, from the Chinese rose (Rosa chinensis minima).

Care instructions for Roses
Placement: if kept indoors, they need a large pot and a bright, airy space with a cooler temperature during winter. Planted outside, they will grow well in a sunny spot.
Moisture: water regularly
Soil: Dutch peat or garden soil
Propagation: by cuttings
Features: after each flowering, prune all the tips to encourage sprouting and bud formation. If kept in a pot, fertilize throughout the warm season. If planted in the garden, prepare them for winter in autumn. Cut all stems short and mound soil around them.
