Brassavola cucullata *dišeča

Brassavola cucullata - a botanical species considered representative of the Brassavola genus. The plant has fascinated generations of collectors due to its interesting features. The flowers are very large/long (17-18 cm), appearing 1-2 per stem.
The plant is epiphytic or lithophytic in its natural environment, and the recommended growing method involves mounting it on bark, although it can also be grown without difficulty in pots with sphagnum or bark, as long as the watering regime is respected and very good ventilation is ensured.
Brassavola species are nicknamed "Lady of the night" because of their very strong fragrance, which is especially noticeable during the night; this mechanism serves to attract nocturnal pollinators.
Fragrant flowers, with great variability and a size of about 17-18 cm!
