Sulcorebutia gemmae
The distinguishing feature of Sulcorebutia gemmae is the numerous tubercles or rounded protrusions that cover the surface of the cactus. These tubers are arranged in a spiral pattern, giving it a fascinating appearance. A group of small and sharp thorns develops on each tuber.
Sulcorebutia gemmae flowers are usually small and appear at the top of the cactus. They can be different colors, such as pink, red, orange or yellow.
