❄️ Cold hardiness and overwintering

Sedum telephium is a hardy garden perennial adapted to cold winters. The above-ground part naturally dries out in autumn and winter, and the plant enters dormancy, resuming growth from the base in spring.

For successful overwintering, the most important factor is excellent drainage. Excess water in the soil, especially during the cold season, can damage the roots and the base of the plant.

📌 Note

Sedum telephium SEDUCTION 'Pink Passion' is a herbaceous-succulent perennial, and its appearance naturally varies depending on the season. In autumn, the leaves and stems may turn yellow, develop reddish-brown shades, and partially or completely dry out as the plant enters vegetative dormancy.

During the autumn-winter season, specimens may be delivered with reduced foliage, dry stems, or even with the above-ground part almost completely withdrawn. This is normal and does not indicate a viability problem. In spring, the plant produces new shoots from the base.

The plant may be delivered with flowers, buds, spent flowers, or without flowers, depending on the season and the time of shipping.

Height including the pot: approx. 25 cm.
