Orchid Myrmecophila thomsoniana - endemic botanical species of the Cayman Islands. The plant is compact, small in size, but develops long flower stalks up to 120 cm, often branched, with a number of 12-20 flowers of approx. 7 cm, strongly scented, which open successively.
The flowers of this species naturally show color variations.
