Hoya compacta 'Regalis' (white-edged) - also known as Hoya Hindu Rope white-edged or Hoya monstruosa white-edged. It is a plant with hanging, compact vines covered with twisted leaves, edged in white, occasionally with a silver splash.
The flowers are white or pale pink, appearing among the fleshy leaves, lasting 5-7 days and have an interesting scent similar to almonds.
The origin of the plant is still uncertain and debated - it was initially published as Hoya carnosa 'Compacta', considered a cultivar of carnosa, but later republished as a distinct species, the currently accepted name being Hoya compacta.
