Epipremnum amplissimum species endemic to Australia and New Guinea. It stands out for its particularly long, narrow and pointed leaves, considered atypical for an epipremnum.
The leaves reach a length of up to 30 cm.
Epipremnum amplissimum is a climbing species - the use of a moss stick is recommended.
Currently, two forms of Epipremnum amplissimum are known: Epipremnum amplissimum (green leaves) and Epipremnum amplissimum 'Silver Leaf' (leaves with silver variegation). Some sources claim that it is the same plant, but the silver variegation appears only when the plant is grown in strong light.
