Crossandra, also known as fire flower, is a tropical ornamental plant by its flowers, native to southern India and Sri Lanka. Valued for its long-lasting and continuous blooming, Crossandra produces vividly colored flowers – usually orange, red, coral, or pink, resembling small overlapping fans. The leaves are glossy, dark green, beautifully contrasting with the flowers.
