Fittonia is a plant with a delightful appearance, originating from the forests of South America. It stands out for its ornamental leaves, decorated with stripes of different colors, and for its extended appearance, but of low height.
It is popularly called the mosaic plant.

Substrate: neutral Dutch peat or a loose f. mixture
Propagation: by cuttings
Characteristics: The lack of moisture in the air leads to the drying of the tips and edges of the leaves. By repeatedly pinching the tips, branching occurs.
