Peperomia graveolens (Ruby glow) D6
Peperomia graveolens is a succulent plant native to southern Ecuador. Ruby Glow is like a mini shrub that grows up to ten centimeters tall with red stems, with extremely juicy leaves, except for the upper part. The V-shaped leaves (which help with photosynthesis) are green on top and red underneath.
Peperomia is not a difficult plant to care for, the biggest problem it faces is usually related to watering.
Light: Peperomia prefers moderate light but will also tolerate shade. It does very well under fluorescent lights, making it ideal for an office or basement.
Water: They are watered when the soil is almost dry, they do not like to be watered excessively.
Temperature: optimal between 18-24 degrees Celsius, but also adapts to 10 degrees Celsius.
Fertilizer: Fertilize the plant monthly in spring and summer with a diluted liquid fertilizer.
