Peace lily - Spathiphyllum H85 cm

Spathiphyllum or peace lily is a flower native to Central America that usually blooms in spring and autumn.
Plants breathe just like humans and animals. They breathe through tiny holes in their leaves. Spathiphyllum filters harmful substances from the air, storing them in the stems and roots, where they are then broken down. This alone makes the air clean, but Spathiphyllum does even more: it releases oxygen (O2) and improves air humidity.

Substrate: neutral Dutch peat or a very loose mixture
Propagation: spring, autumn by dividing the bush
Characteristics: The plant is sensitive to drafts and low temperatures. It blooms profusely all year round. After 3-4 weeks from the appearance, the white cups of the flowers gradually turn green. It is the time when they must be removed for the plant to form other buds.
