How to order
- Place the order directly on secretgarden.ro.
- Use the discount code at checkout.
- For VAT exemption, place the order on the company name.
Shipping and packing
- Fast shipping and priority handling: wholesale orders are processed before retail orders and ship as soon as possible.
- Dedicated account support: faster replies for wholesale customers.
- We can reserve stock for a short time until payment is confirmed.
- For wholesale orders, several orders can be combined into one shipment to save costs. Regular retail orders are not combined.
- Shipping rates and delivery times by country are listed on our international shipping page; for Romania, see Optiuni livrare.
- The shipping fees listed on the website cover boxes up to 5 kg. Heavier parcels normally have an extra charge, but for resellers and group orders we cover it.
Company orders and VAT
- Company orders can ship to your office or directly to your partners.
- Seasonal plant gifts can be prepared on request.
- Orders placed by a company registered in another EU country, with a valid VAT number in VIES, are VAT exempt.
Payments
Pay by credit or debit card, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or other payment methods available in your country. Bank transfer is also possible; the account details are on the international shipping page. Details: Payment options.

We prefer email, in English if possible. This way our team can keep track of the conversation and give you a faster, more complete answer.
Plant condition and delivery
Before shipping, we collect and check every plant, and the soil needs to be dry, so preparing a large order can take a little time.
For bulky packages, allow for a normal degradation of about 5%. All other risks are explained on our international shipping page, so please read it before ordering. We do not ship plants taller than approximately 200 cm.

Yes, we can block stock for a short time until payment is confirmed.

Yes, for wholesale orders: multiple orders can be combined into one shipment to save costs, with fixed shipping fees and no packing fees. Regular retail orders are not combined; add new plants to your first order with Edit Order.
How long does shipping take?
Wholesale orders are processed before retail orders. Plants are collected, checked and shipped as soon as the soil is dry. Delivery times by country are on the international shipping page.
Are there plants you do not ship?
We do not ship plants taller than approximately 200 cm.
