Haworthia retusa 'Lime Green ' is a rare and highly decorative Haworthia selection, appreciated for its thick, translucent leaves with an unusual coloration in shades of very light green, fresh green, and yellow-green. The contrasting appearance between the vibrant green margins and the almost translucent tips of the rosettes is a characteristic feature of the 'Lime Green' cultivar.

The plant forms compact rosettes with fleshy leaves ending in translucent tips, through which light partially penetrates the tissue. The intensity of the colors and the distribution of the lighter areas may vary from one specimen to another.
