Ficus carica ‘Fiorone’, also known as Fiorone Bianco - an Italian-origin fig variety, valued for its productivity and exceptionally aromatic and sweet fruits.

The fruits are green but turn yellow or sometimes slightly reddish as they ripen. This variety produces fruit twice a year - the first harvest yields fewer but larger fruits, while the second produces a more abundant crop with smaller fruits.

Fruit weight: approx. 60 grams

Garden hardiness. It withstands temperatures down to -20°C without significant damage. Hardiness increases as the plant matures, the root system develops, and the branches thicken. It is recommended to protect young plants in the first years by wrapping them with microporous film (frost protection film, Agril-type film, etc.). Frost damage affects the aerial parts of the fig tree, but the roots remain alive, and the plant regrows in spring.

Disease and pest resistance. Fig trees are considered ‘pest free’.

Parthenocarpic variety - self-fertile and does not require a pollinator.

Plant height is measured including the pot.

Plants for garden or terrace are grown in unprotected or minimally protected spaces (shade nets or hail nets). For this reason, they naturally may not have perfect foliage - leaves can show marks, defects, or other damage.

During the cold season, plants enter a period of dormancy.
