Viburnum opulus ‘Roseum’ (bulgaras de zapada, Calin) D9

Viburnum opulus 'Roseum', also known by the popular name "Snowball," is a highly valued ornamental shrub for its spectacular flowers and robust appearance. This variety of Viburnum is distinguished by its large, globular flowers that resemble snowballs, hence its common name. The flowers start pale green, turning to pure white as they mature, appearing abundantly in late spring or early summer.

The shrub can reach heights of up to 2-3 meters, with relatively fast growth and a dense, spherical shape. The leaves are dark green, oval to rounded, with serrated edges, and can take on shades of purplish red in autumn, adding extra color to the landscape.
