Euonymus fortunei Harlequin is an evergreen shrub with variegated leaves. All varieties of Euonymus fortunei are evergreen and retain their color throughout the year.
It withstands temperatures down to -12 degrees Celsius. It is an especially hardy shrub that can be placed both in shade and in direct sunlight.
Once established, it rarely needs watering and will tolerate drought. All varieties can be used as hedges. It requires no special care; a simple pruning every two years is enough to maintain the desired shape.
