Cischweinfia parva - botanical species found in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia, in mountain cloud forests, at altitudes between 700 and 1150 meters. It is a small epiphyte, with growth adapted to warm to cold conditions, with a short rhizome.

In its natural habitat, it blooms in summer and at the beginning of autumn on an axillary inflorescence, approximately 7.5 cm long, with 1 or 2 flowers, which appears on a mature pseudobulb. In indoor conditions, it is considered free flowering.

Flowers naturally show color variations. Some leaves have defects specific to the variety.

Flower size: approx. 3 cm

Fragrant flowers: Yes - discreet fragrance, difficult to identify
