Echeveria Lola. Most succulent plants are very easy to care for if a few basic rules are followed. First of all, never leave water on the leaves or in the saucer. Secondly, dead leaves should be removed so the succulent plant can develop beautifully.
Placement: in full sun and partial shade.
Humidity: Tolerates heat and drought well. Water moderately, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. 
Attention, lack of care or aging can cause leaves to dry out and fall off. These must be cut to allow the plant to recover.
