Phalaenopsis violacea var. alba - fleurs intensément parfumées
Orchid Phalaenopsis violacea var. alba - a small to medium-sized botanical species, heat-loving, with a pendulous growth habit, featuring a very short stem bearing 3–4 elliptical leaves up to 25 cm long. The flowers are very fragrant and appear more frequently in spring or during the cold season. Flowering is sequential, with flowers appearing successively, opening 2–3 at a time on sturdy, pendulous, fractiflex stems about 10–12.5 cm long. The flowers measure 4–5 cm in diameter and are strongly and pleasantly scented.
