Sansevieria 'Wendy Yellow' is a decorative and modern variety of Sansevieria (Dracaena), appreciated for its compact foliage and golden yellow variegation . It is part of the Asparagaceae family and is a succulent plant perfect for minimalist decors, bright corners and contemporary interiors. It stands out for its neat shape and contrasting colors, being both aesthetic and easy to maintain.

🔹 Botanical characteristics:

Habit: A succulent plant with compact growth , in the form of a rounded bush, with dense and erect leaves. It is small to medium in size, suitable for small pots.

Leaves: Thick, fleshy, slightly concave , with a pointed tip and a waxy texture. The color is dark green with broad golden yellow edges , creating a strong and decorative contrast. The leaves grow vertically and symmetrically, providing an orderly and architectural appearance.

Stem: It has no visible stem; the leaves grow directly from the underground rhizome.

🔹 Recommended growing conditions:

Light: Prefers bright indirect light , but tolerates partial shade or artificial light. In good light, the yellow variegation is more intense.

Watering: Reduced. Water only when the substrate is completely dry . It is very drought resistant and sensitive to excess water.

Soil: Well-drained, light substrate, such as that for cacti and succulents, with the addition of perlite or sand.

Temperature: It feels good in warm and stable environments. It does not tolerate cold and must be protected from very low temperatures.

Humidity: Does not require high humidity. It adapts perfectly to dry indoor air.

Fertilization: Rarely – once every 4–6 weeks during the growing season (spring–summer), with fertilizer for succulent plants.
