Full description and specifications

Chamaelobivia is a genus of succulent plants in the Cactaceae family, which comes mainly from the arid regions of South America. These plants are the result of hybridization between two genera of cacti, Chamaecereus and Lobivia, which gives them unique characteristics.

During spring and summer, Chamaelobivia blooms with beautiful flowers, usually pink, orange or red, that appear on the upper part of the stems. These flowers are often trumpet or cup-shaped, and flowering can last for several weeks.

Placement: Place the plant in a bright place, where it will receive direct exposure to the sun. Chamaelobivia prefers strong light and can be grown both indoors, near a sunny window, and outdoors, in areas with a warm climate.

Watering : During the period of active growth, regular watering is necessary. But make sure that the soil dries completely between waterings. Avoid excessive watering, because the roots can be sensitive to excess moisture, leading to their rotting. In the winter season, when the plant is at rest, reduce watering to a minimum.

Soil : Use a well-drained mixture for succulent plants, which allows excess water to drain.

Fertilization : During the growth period, fertilize Chamaelobivia once a month with a specific fertilizer for cacti and succulents. Follow the instructions on the packaging for dosage and application.

Temperature: Chamaelobivia prefers warm temperatures and does not tolerate temperatures below 10°C.

The decorative bowl is not included in the price.
