Monstera Adansonii var. Laniata - a subspecies of Monstera Adansonii, which has sparked numerous debates among lovers of Araceae, as there is still no agreement on its origin and the context in which it appeared. The plant's growth is somewhat unusual for a Monstera Adansonii, as it features long vines with the juvenile form of the leaves. The correct identification is also debated, given that the plant closely resembles Monstera Lechleriana, and some growers sell it as Monstera Friedrichsthalii (an incorrect and nonexistent name).
