Saxifraga stolonifera is a plant beloved for its colorful leaves, also known as Jew's Beard, Deaf Grass, Strugurel or Mouse's Eyes.
Saxifraga stolonifera is an easy-to-care-for plant.
1. Light
- It prefers indirect light or semi-shade.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, which can burn the leaves.
2. Watering
- Water the plant regularly, keeping the soil slightly moist, but avoid excess water.
- In the cold season, reduce watering, but do not let the soil dry out completely.
3. Humidity
- It loves moderate humidity, making it ideal for bathrooms or well-lit kitchens.
- In dry environments, spray water on the leaves occasionally or use a humidifier.
4. Soil
- It prefers well-drained soil, rich in organic matter. A mixture of all-purpose soil with sand or perlite is ideal.
5. Temperature
