Hoya carnosa 'Krinkle 8'

A cultivar of Hoya carnosa with a distinctive appearance, featuring 8 ridges or indentations on the leaves, which is also reflected in the plant's name. Hoya carnosa “Krinkle 8” is probably one of the taxa with the least demanding growth conditions, suitable for successful cultivation both indoors, in greenhouses, or outdoors, provided the temperature requirements are met. Flowering occurs irregularly throughout the year, more frequently in spring and autumn, with typical inflorescences that are more or less globe-shaped, made up of pink flowers with a red center, and a strong nocturnal scent reminiscent of chocolate.
It requires filtered light, even partial shade, growing well on windowsills or nearby, if long exposure to strong sunlight is avoided, as it can cause leaf burn.
