Cleistocactus winteri (Hildewintera aureispina - Monkey's Tail Cactus)

Hildewinteria (Cleistocactus winteri), also known as Monkey's Tail, is a cactus native to Bolivia.
Light: a bright location, away from strong afternoon sunlight, as it can burn the stems.
Water: it prefers dry soil. In summer, water only when the soil is completely dry. It tolerates drought, while overwatering is the quickest way to kill it.
Temperature: 5–30 °C.
Fertilizer: from early spring until autumn, fertilize 2–3 times a month.

The plant is sold without flowers!
