Colocasia esculenta 'Cintho Mojito' - a vertically growing plant featuring large, variegated, heart-shaped leaves. The stalk is also striking, with dark violet longitudinal stripes that fade to pink. 'Mojito' is a natural mutation of the Colocasia esculenta 'Midnight' variety, discovered and selected by Ty Ritchard Strode in a greenhouse in Apopka, Florida (May 2007).
Differences between Colocasia and Alocasia. Alocasia leaves grow upwards, while Colocasia leaves hang downwards towards the ground. Unlike Alocasia, Colocasia requires much more water (it can even tolerate soil with high water retention), being considered by many growers as a "water plant" and can grow in direct sunlight.
Colocasia Esculenta ‘Mojito’ can grow up to 120-150 cm in height.

Colocasia is a plant sensitive to transport (especially temperature changes). Therefore, you may receive these plants with some leaf blemishes, but these do not affect the plant’s viability. Under optimal care conditions, new leaves will develop normally.

Height including pot: approx. 25 cm
Pot diameter: 18 cm
