Afin cu fructe mari - Vaccinium corymbosum 'Chandler' D9

Vaccinium corymbosum 'Chandler' is an excellent mid-to-late season blueberry variety that, starting from August until the end of September, produces a large quantity of delicious fruits, very large in size, which can exceed 2 cm and 2.5 grams. 
The 'Chandler' blueberry is self-fertile, but for best results, plant 1 or 2 other blueberry varieties nearby.

From a commercial point of view, Chandler is considered one of the top varieties, and the fruit size is simply amazing. 

Characteristics and care instructions:
- withstands temperatures from -30 degrees Celsius and drought.
- placement in a bright area
- needs acidic soil
- can reach up to a height of 1.2 m and a width of 0.9 m
- pruning: a younger shrub requires fewer cuts than a shrub over three years old.
- fertilization: You can fertilize the shrubs with organic fertilizer between March and May; without calcareous substances.

Note: In the cold season, garden plants are sold pruned and without leaves.
