Strelitzia is one of the most well-known plants worldwide. The unique shape of its flowers is associated with the bird of paradise, due to the bright orange and blue colors.

Strelitzia Nicolai is nicknamed the "White Bird of Paradise".

Placement: bright area, without direct sunlight.
Watering: keep slightly moist, but allow the soil to dry between waterings.
Temperatures: 18 degrees Celsius - 30 degrees Celsius.
Substrate: well-drained. Ideally a mix with perlite or bark to aid drainage and aeration.
Fertilizing: fertilize every few weeks during the growing season (spring, summer, autumn).
