Hoya scortechinii 'Yellow' (IPPS 7950) - a species discovered in Sabah, Malaysia, by Benedetto Scortechini and first published in 1906. In the past, it was sold as Hoya sp. Sabah IPPS 7950
The flowers are striking, yellow, with golden and red-pink reflections, fragrant (citrus). The leaves are long and narrow, green, with silver splashes and turn spectacularly coloured when the plant is grown in strong light. It is considered an easy variety to grow and bloom, but sensitive to overwatering.
