Lonicera caerulea 'Kamtschatica' - Sibiřský borůvník, Medové bobule

Lonicera caerulea 'Kamtschatica', commonly known as the Siberian blueberry or honey berries. The white flowers appear in May, followed by long, green fruits that turn blue when ripe, similar to blueberries, with a sweet and slightly sour taste, fragrant and reminiscent of honey.
The fruits of the lonicera are very rich in vitamin C and antioxidants – about 5 times richer than blueberries. The Siberian blueberry can grow in any garden, in full sun or partial shade, and withstands temperatures down to -25 degrees Celsius.

Lonicera caerulea 'Kamtschatica' produces larger and sweeter fruits compared to other varieties. The first fruits ripen in May.
