Echinacea SENSATION CORAL is a compact ornamental perennial, appreciated for its spectacular flowers in warm shades of coral, salmon and pink, with a prominent central cone. It belongs to the category of Echinacea with a bushy, upright habit and summer flowering, making it suitable for borders, flower beds, mass plantings, natural gardens and large pots. The RHS confirms that Echinacea is a herbaceous perennial that forms clumps, with daisy-like flowers and a clearly defined central cone.

The flowers are very attractive to butterflies and other pollinators, and the flower stems can also be used in bouquets. Echinacea generally prefers direct sunlight and fertile, humus-rich but well-drained soil.

❄️ Cold resistance and overwintering

Echinacea is a garden perennial that enters dormancy during the cold season. In autumn, the above-ground parts gradually begin to deteriorate, and in winter they may disappear almost completely. This is normal and does not affect the viability of the roots.

  • attractive to butterflies and other pollinators
  • excellent as a cut flower

📌 Note

The flower color may vary naturally depending on the flowering stage, temperature and growing conditions. The same plant may simultaneously have flowers in slightly different shades of coral, salmon or pink.

The plant is sold without flowers.

During the autumn-winter season, the foliage and flower stems may develop yellowing, spots, dry edges, partial drying or may disappear almost completely, as the plant naturally enters vegetative dormancy. This is normal for a herbaceous perennial and does not indicate a viability problem. In spring, the plant resumes growth from the base.
