Lepismium bolivianum - the forest cactus - XL specimens
Lepismium bolivianum, also known as coral cactus or forest cactus, is an epiphytic plant native to Bolivia. It stands out for its thin and branched stems, which can reach lengths of 1-2 meters, and for its flowers.
The flowers are small, tubular, white or pale pink. They appear at the tips of the stems, bloom in spring and summer. They have a delicate, sweet scent.
Placement : Prefers bright, indirect light.
Temperature : The ideal temperature is between 18°C and 24°C.
Humidity : It needs moderate humidity.
Watering : Water moderately, when the substrate is dry on the surface.
Soil : Prefers a well-drained soil, rich in organic matter.
Fertilization : Fertilize once a month, during the growth period, with a specific fertilizer for cacti.
